This Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. (“KBPublish,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EpoxyPros CRM website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Account and contact data — such as name, email, phone number, company name, and credentials you provide when you register or communicate with us.
• Project and job content — such as photos, measurements, quotes, customer messages, and other materials you upload or generate in the app.
• Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser or device type, general location (derived from IP), and diagnostic or log data to operate and secure the Services.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve EpoxyPros CRM features (including AI-assisted visualization where applicable).
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud and abuse, and secure our systems.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support responses.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, email, payments, customer support, or AI processing, subject to confidentiality obligations.
• Business customers — for example, when an installer shares a quote or design link with their customer, relevant content is visible as intended in the product.

We do not sell your personal information for money as that term is commonly understood.

8. Installers and customer (“end user”) data

If you use EpoxyPros CRM as a contractor or business (“installer”), you may enter personal information about your customers or prospects—such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, job site addresses, photos, measurements, and messages. In those situations you are typically the business deciding why and how that information is collected, and KBPublish provides the platform that stores and processes it to deliver quotes, visualizations, scheduling, and related features. You are responsible for providing any required notices to your customers and for obtaining consent where applicable before you submit their data.

9. U.S. state privacy rights

Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others that enact similar laws) may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of certain types of sharing or targeted advertising where those laws apply and we engage in covered activities. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.

10. International users

KBPublish is based in North America. If you access the Services from other countries, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection rules than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may have additional rights under local law (including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority).

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
