This SMS Privacy Policy describes how Kingdom Builders Publishing Inc. (“KBPublish,” “EpoxyPros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you communicate with us via text message (SMS/MMS) related to EpoxyPros products and services on epoxypro.app.
1. Information we collect
When you opt in to receive text messages from EpoxyPros, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your SMS opt-in consent and the time/method of consent (for example, the website form checkbox)
- Any information you voluntarily share in your messages (such as your name, business name, project details, or questions)

We use your mobile number and message content solely to:
- Send a requested floor-visualizer demo link
- Send price quote details and quote follow-ups
- Schedule appointments and send appointment reminders
- Reply to customer service questions related to your request or project
3. No sharing of mobile numbers
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties. 4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and project. You should typically expect approximately 1–5 messages per active demo request, quote, or project. There is no fixed promotional schedule.
5. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to each message you send or receive. EpoxyPros does not charge for messages, but your carrier may.
6. Opting out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After you opt out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts unless you re-enroll by replying START.

8. Data retention
We retain your message history and contact information for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain legitimate business records, or as required by law.

Our SMS service is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18.
